Please allow me to introduce myself.  

I am Theresa Radka, your neighbor here in North Hollywood. I love working with my hands and my creative mind.  I worked as a Historic Restoration Architect for many years in New York City.  I was a skilled professional bicycle mechanic and racer before that in the Seattle area, where I grew up. And I am still a successful Professional Location Sound Recordist for Film and TV here in Los Angeles.  

While the Entertainment Industry here has slowed to a standstill, I now have time to happily provide my services to you.  I can quickly accomplish any construction or repair task.  I truly enjoy working hard to make your home life easier and more beautiful!  

I can do any kind of "handyman” tasks that you may require, but I pride myself in doing them more elegantly, more, efficiently, more completely, and more durably than the ordinary "handyman”.
